Ingredients (10 people)
2 cups white rice d
2 cups milk prepared
1 can large peaches
Vanilla to taste
Sweet liqueur to taste
1 box of pudding (92 grams)
Peach syrup
Mint leaves and cinnamon sticks (for decoration)

Cooking rice with cinnamon, to feel the soft grain. Add sugar, vanilla and liqueur. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly to prevent sticking. When the mixture has thickened and pour the pudding (previously dissolved in 2 cups of milk), left in the heat for 10 minutes or until boiling, remove and add the chopped peaches. Pour into the mold of your choice, let stand and put it in the refrigerator for a period of 2 to 4 hours (the colder the better). To conclude with the preparation of this delicious dessert, unmold and decorate with peach syrup and chips.
